For the Earth is an exploration of our planet’s beauty, fragility, and our shared custody of its future with works by Steven Sametz, Ēriks Ešenvalds, Joni Mitchell, Rebecca Culp, Catarina Domenici, and Mary Montgomery Koppel, and selections from Scott Ordway’s “The End of Rain.”
Celtic Crossroads, is a rousing, rollicking celebration of music from Irish and Celtic
traditions, paying tribute to Boston’s deep Irish roots and history of immigration to the Bay State featuring Fellswater, Boston’s dynamic Celtic music ensemble.
The Metropolitan Chorale’s performance of Carmina Burana features baritone Bradford Gleim, soprano Caroline Corrales, and tenor Jonas Budris, and the Amherst-based Hampshire Young People’s Chorus, local pianists Julia Scott Carey and Melanie Rucinski. as well as actors from the Pazzi Lazzi Troupe, a Boston-based Commedia dell’Arte company.
